Are your artwork on display at a venue?

You may be eligible for an additional promotion through Vooglue!

This is a grant of promotional services, not money. It is designed to give extra visibility when artwork is already on display and ready to be promoted.

The artist and the venue remain responsible for promoting their own display. The Vooglue promotional grant adds extra promotion on top of these efforts!

Who this is for

This promotional grant is for:

• Artists with physical artwork on display at a venue
• Venues displaying artwork by Vooglue artists
• Artists and venue teams who want extra promotional support for their display
  

What you need to do

1. Display the artwork at a venue

The first requirement is simple- the artist’s physical artwork must be on display at a venue.

This display needs to be connected to the Vooglue platform so the venue and artworks can appear publicly on the Vooglue map.

2. Capture photos and videos during the hanging

When the artwork is being installed or hung at the venue, take promotional material. This can include:

• Photos of the artwork being hung
• Short videos of the setup
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Photos of the finished display

These materials help form the basis of the additional promotional campaign.

3. Scan each artwork QR code

Each artwork QR code must be scanned once using a phone.

This links the artworks to the venue on the Vooglue platform. Once this is done, the venue should appear on the public Vooglue map, along with the number of artworks currently on display there.

4. Send us your promotional material

Once your artworks is on display, the QR codes have been scanned, and your photos and videos are ready, email everything to:

support@vooglue.com

Please include the promotional materials and enough information for us to identify the artist, venue, and artworks.

What happens next?

We’ll check that the venue and artworks are showing correctly on the Voogloo map.

Once confirmed, the additional promotional support can begin!

What the Vooglue promotional support includes

Once we confirm that the venue and artworks are showing correctly on the Vooglue map, we will use the photos, videos, and display material you send us to create additional promotion for the artist, the venue, and the artworks on display.

This promotional support is designed to help more people discover the display through Vooglue. It may include promotion built around:

• The artist
• The venue
• The artworks currently on display
• Photos and videos from the hanging
• The finished display
• The venue’s listing on the Vooglue map
• Links back to the artwork or venue details on Vooglue

The aim is to create extra visibility for the display and help direct people to the artworks, the venue, and the Vooglue listing.

Please note: The VooGlue promotional grant does not replace the promotion that artists and venues should do themselves. Artists and venues are still responsible for promoting their own display. The VooGlue promotional grant is an additional promotional boost on top of those efforts.
